All composite pieces made here were done with either a wet layup, or vacuum bag method. The 2011 composite parts weighed in at a total of 30 lbs for all wings and the undertray. This was my main project with composite team. I also assisted with the 2012 project which was a much larger construction project all around. The 2012 project included an undertray with a CNC machined high density foam mold that was twice the size of the 2011 mold.
